To define peace as the absence of war is to reduce it to a passive conception, incomplete and remote. The field of peace is much vaster, because the field of violence is much vaster than that of war. Nor is peace the absence of violence it is in fact the </span><span style="line-height: 16px;">opposite</span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 16px;"> </span><span style="line-height: 16px;">of violence</span><span style="background-color: white; line-height: 16px;">.</span></i></span><br />

<span style="background-color: white; line-height: 16px;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>Peace implies activity, not passivity. t is a commitment that is put into practice everyday in all of our interactions. To be a passive bystander in the face of violent interactions kills peace. To remain passive sends out the wrong signal. It authorizes violent people to increase the level of violence. It is only by having the majority create a counterbalance, where peace is at the forefront in human interactions, that we can provoke a calling into question of “violent people” and awaken them to the good that is inside of each of them. By remaining passive, we disassociate ourselves from this counterbalancing effort and we side with the violence of others - even if we are the gentlest of beings.</i></span></span><br />

<li style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: initial; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i><b>Providing Personal Support</b> – Helping people value themselves and their work, so that they can develop a sense of self-worth.</i></span></li>

<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: initial; min-height: 12px;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i><br /></i></span></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: initial;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>As a leader, you have to :</i></span></div>
<ul>
<li style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: initial; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>show your people that you value the work they do. </i></span></li>
<li style="-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-stroke-width: initial; margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>say "thank you" when people have done a job well. </i></span></li>

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>There are plenty of ways to motivate your team without bonuses. All of this will inspire the entire team to work toward a common goal. And you have to work hard with your teamwork to be success. Because, remember the quote <b>“There is no elevator to become success, you have to take the stairs”</b>.</i></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>CAMPRT (Camping Pramuka Tiga) is kind of like school activity which is held by boy/girl scout at SMAN 3 Bandung. It is one of many school activities that can improve our skills in team work, independent, leadership, etc. This event was hold on 9th of May 2015. All of students gathered at SMAN 3 Bandung at 7 a.m. and we were facilitated to use Angkot as transportation. We traveled for an hour and we were having fun together during the trip. We arrived at 8 a.m. and we were greeted with the sounds of animals, that was my kind of welcome! Firstly, we through the forest with a variety of rise and fall. The ground was kind of like slippery so we had to watch our step. Touched down! When we got on location, we made a row and choose the leader per group and i was the leader of group 20. </i></span></div>

<div style="font-family: -apple-system-font; font-size: 12px; line-height: 16px;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>Then we were given the time to make tents for approximately 90 minutes. Honestly, i didn't have any idea to build a tent but many seniors taught me to build it. I guess i felt a little bad about the whole process of building a tent but I'm about to survive with making a knot which is one of the scouts learning materials. Besides, i had a lot of fun with my friends during making some lunch. I decided to start making some foods but it wasn't going well, so I decided to eat 'Abon Sapi'. At night, we gathered for a bonfire and all of the class should perform their class performance, so we spent at least an hour down there trying on that thing. We chose to start practising accapella and cover the song and the song was quite popular, it was "Just the Way You Are" by Bruno Mars. Meanwhile, preparations that have been made were not worth it because the Acceleration was separated into two, those were Aqua Gelas (XI Akselerasi 2) and Ksatria Hiram (XI Akselerasi 1). Besides, all of the acceleration students had practising, so we decided to choose some familiar songs and it was still cool tho'. After the quality time, all of students went back to the tent and have some turn to keep the tent safe but it was not effective enough because most of us feeling tired. Luckily, Pak Ahyar secretly keeping my tent safe and tell me in the next day. </i></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>The next day, I was woken up by the cold temperature at 5 a.m. and honestly I couldn't sleep any longer because I didn't bring my sleeping bag and it was way much colder than usual, it felt like I had a hypothermia. I finally tried to take a wudhu and the toilet wasn't appropriate enough. Then, i had to make some breakfast in the morning and spend to eat it in the afternoon. In the afternoon, there was a kind game and it was' going well because it was rain and it became a rainy day. We walked through the forest passing the slippery ground. As the moist air moves back down into the trough of the wave, the cloud may evaporate back into vapor. Under certain conditions, long strings of lenticular clouds can form near the crest of each successive wave, creating a formation known as a "</span><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wave_cloud" style="background: none rgb(255, 255, 255); color: #0b0080; line-height: 22.3999996185303px; text-decoration: none;" title="Wave cloud">wave cloud</a><span style="background-color: white; color: #252525; line-height: 22.3999996185303px;">." The wave systems cause large vertical air movement, enough that water vapor may condense to produce precipitation. The clouds have been mistaken for UFOs (or "visual cover" for UFOs), particularly the round "flying saucer"-type, because these clouds have a characteristic lens appearance and smooth saucer-like shape; also, because lenticular clouds generally do not form over low-lying or flat terrain, many people have never seen one and are not aware clouds with that shape can exist. <span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i>I’m going to write this thing because my holiday was
absolutely great! The reason my holiday wasn’t kind of lame was because I spent
my first day of holiday in Pulau Umang with my parents and my little sister.
Actually I went there four days before the holiday lasts, so yep I didn’t
participate during the Nagabonar event. Besides, I’m 100% to blame for dreaming up this idea to go
to Pulau Umang because I thought my dad was pretty much busy these days, but
guess what my dad was constantly saying
“Cha, let’s go somewhere, we need a short holiday” and I was like “YEAAAY”.
Luckily, I was prepared for this kind of thing and my parents booked for 2 days
and 1 night in Pulau Umang. I started my
journey as a wanderer on 20th of December 2014 even though it took 7
hours to get there.<o:p></o:p></i></span></div>

at a checkpoint and it took 10 minutes from check point to Pulau Umang by using
a small boat. Arriving there, I was greeted warmly with stunning views, but there
was only one lodging for visitors whereas many visitors.<o:p></o:p></i></span></div>

<i><i><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif; font-size: 13.5pt;"><br /></span></i></i></div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><i> Many hundred years
ago there lived an honest old woodcutter and his wife. One fine morning the old
man went off to the hills with his billhook, to gather a faggot of sticks,
while his wife went down to the river to wash the dirty clothes. When she came
to the river, she saw a peach floating down the stream; so she picked it up,
and carried it home with her, thinking to give it to her husband to eat when he
should come in.<br />
<br />
The old man soon came
down from the hills, and the good wife set the peach before him, when, just as
she was inviting him to eat it, the fruit split in two, and a little puling
baby was born into the world. So the old couple took the babe, and brought it
up as their own; and, because it had been born in a peach, they called it
Momotaro, or Little Peachling.<br />
<br />
By degrees Little
Peachling grew up to be strong and brave, and at last one day he said to his
old foster parents: "I am going to the ogres' island to carry off the
riches that they have stored up there. Pray, then, make me some millet
dumplings for my journey."<br />
<br />
So the old folks ground
the millet, and made the dumplings for him; and Little Peachling, after taking
an affectionate leave of them, cheerfully set out on his travels.<o:p></o:p></i></span><br />
<div style="background: 0px 0px rgb(255, 255, 255); clear: both; font-size: 14px; line-height: 23.7999992370605px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: center; vertical-align: baseline;">
<i><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /> </span><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">As he was journeying on, he fell in
with a monkey, who gibbered at him, and said: "Kia! kia! kia! where are
you off to, Little Peachling?"</span></i></div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;">
<i><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">
<br />
"I'm going to the ogres' island, to carry off their treasure,"
answered Little Peachling.<br />
<br />
"What are you carrying at your girdle?"<br />
<br />
"I'm carrying the very best millet dumplings in all Japan."<br />
<br />
"If you'll give me one, I will go with you," said the monkey.<br />
<br />
So Little Peachling gave one of his dumplings to the monkey, who received it
and followed him. When he had gone a little further, he heard a pheasant
calling: "Ken! ken! ken! where are you off to, Master Peachling?"<br />
<br />
Little Peachling answered as before; and the pheasant, having begged and
obtained a millet dumpling, entered his service, and followed him.<br />
<br />
A little while after this, they met a dog, who cried: "Bow! wow! wow!
whither away, Master Peachling?"<br />
<br />
"I'm going off to the ogres' island, to carry off their treasure."<br />
<br />
"If you will give me one of those nice millet dumplings of yours, I will
go with you," said the dog.<br />
<br />
"With all my heart," said Little Peachling. So he went on his way,
with the monkey, the pheasant, and the dog following after him.<br />
<br />
When they got to the
ogres' island, the pheasant flew over the castle gate, and the monkey clambered
over the castle wall, while Little Peachling, leading the dog, forced in the
gate, and got into the castle. Then they did battle with the ogres, and put
them to flight, and took their king prisoner. So all the ogres did homage to
Little Peachling, and brought out the treasures which they had laid up. There were
caps and coats that made their wearers invisible, jewels which governed the ebb
and flow of the tide, coral, musk, emeralds, amber, and tortoise shell, besides
gold and silver. All these were laid before Little Peachling by the conquered
ogres.<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;">
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><i>
</i></span><br />
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><i> So Little Peachling went
home laden with riches, and maintained his foster parents in peace and plenty

<i><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"> I have been friends with Amira since we were in the same
group of PLiST, we spent at least three hours a day down there working on that
thing (prototype). Honestly, it was an awkward moment there because her face
was familiar for me but we had just not recognized each other. I remember my
first day of PLiST, I didn’t know anyone except my friends in Junior High
School (Intan and Elma), Adila, and Hadzna, so I was pretty scared about being
around a bunch of new friends, but this girl came right over and started
talking about our prototype. Then, she went to my house, we worked together and
I tried to be as helpful as possible, then we made a lot of jokes and we could
keep a conversation going. She actually made a good impression on me. <o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

a bit axeggarate but I’m pretty sure this is.<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

<i><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I know a lot of her unique facts, such as she is a “Kipling

person and if you don’t, she usually says “garing” in Bahasa and a moment of
silence happens. These are some of 6237162 unique facts of Amira, I’m lucky to
have you in my life and I’m gonna thank you for being a good and loyal friend,
I wish our relation could last forever, Mi.<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>

because I chose the Piano Classic. Then, I was interested in piano after I
performed in Home Concert 2014. In Home Concert, I played Waltz in A Minor
